Getting registered in Ohio involves us, an independent physician, and the state. Here's who is responsible for what.

Every provider is an Ohio-licensed MD or DO with an active Certificate to Recommend from the State Medical Board. They work independently of this site, meet patients over HIPAA-compliant video, and decline a recommendation whenever Ohio's criteria aren't met.
Ohio's medical program is governed by Revised Code Chapter 3796. Registration requires an Ohio driver's license or state ID, lasts twelve months, and currently costs nothing. For the authoritative version of any rule, visit the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.
Participating physicians and telehealth partners pay for advertising and patient-connection services. That's laid out in our Advertising Disclosure, and it has no influence on clinical decisions. We don't sell cannabis, aren't affiliated with any dispensary mentioned here, and don't store medical records or payment data. Questions go through the form on our Terms & Policies page.
